Danielle Matt was appointed by Attorney General Austin Knudsen in 2024 to represent the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes on the Montana Department of Justice's Montana Missing Indigenous Person Task Force. Dannielle's granddaughter, Jermain Charlo, is one of Montana's many missing indigenous young women.
